E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to join TalentPop’s remote team. In this role you will help grow revenue by re‑engaging shoppers, recovering abandoned carts and guiding buyers through the purchase journey using email, SMS and live‑chat.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and guide buyers to suitable solutions.
• Engage customers proactively via email, SMS and live‑chat.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong persuasive communication and ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or customer engagement platforms.
