E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking an enthusiastic E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to join its remote team. In this role you will engage potential customers, recover abandoned carts and guide buyers through the purchase journey, helping to drive revenue growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective customers via email, SMS and live chat to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and guide buyers toward the best‑fit solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, troubleshoot issues quickly and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online sales and customer support experience.
• Experience handling customer service through phone, email or chat; e‑commerce background is a plus.
• Strong persuasive communication skills with a proven ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using CRM tools or other customer engagement platforms.
