E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking an enthusiastic E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to join its remote team. In this position you will engage prospective customers, recover abandoned carts, and guide buyers through the purchase journey using email, SMS, and live‑chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and guide buyers toward suitable solutions.
• Engage customers proactively via email, SMS, and live chat.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online sales and customer support experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat; e‑commerce background is a plus.
• Strong persuasive communication skills with a proven ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
