E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for an E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to boost revenue by re‑engaging shoppers, recovering abandoned carts, and guiding buyers through their purchase journey. This fully remote position focuses on personalized outreach via email, SMS, and live chat to turn conversations into conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide tailored product recommendations and guide buyers toward optimal solutions.
• Engage customers proactively through email, SMS, and live chat.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience.
• At least 1 year of phone, email, or chat‑based customer service experience (e‑commerce background a plus).
• Strong persuasive communication skills with a proven ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using CRM tools.
• Knowledge of customer engagement platforms.
