E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a motivated E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to boost revenue by re‑engaging shoppers, recovering abandoned carts, and guiding buyers through their purchase journey. The role is fully remote and ideal for someone who enjoys turning conversations into conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via email, SMS and live chat to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and guide buyers toward the best‑fit solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, troubleshoot issues quickly, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote or online sales and customer support experience.
• Experience in phone, email or chat support; e‑commerce background is a strong plus.
• Strong persuasive communication skills with a natural ability to convert leads.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Technical setup: PC or laptop with i5 processor or higher, stable 25 Mbps internet, quiet workspace.
