E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for an E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to drive revenue by re‑engaging customers, recovering abandoned carts, and guiding buyers through their purchase journey. You will communicate via email, SMS, and live chat to provide personalized recommendations and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide product recommendations and guide buyers toward the best‑fit solutions.
• Proactively engage customers through email, SMS, and live chat.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of proven remote/online sales and customer support experience.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat (e‑commerce experience is a plus).
• Strong persuasive communication skills with a natural ability to convert leads.
• Familiarity with Shopify, CRM tools, or other customer engagement platforms.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.
