E-Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is seeking an E‑Commerce Sales Outreach Specialist to join its remote team. In this position you will engage prospective shoppers, recover abandoned carts and guide customers through the purchase journey, helping to boost online revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via email, SMS and live chat to recover abandoned carts and close sales.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and guide buyers toward suitable solutions.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service, troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and meet sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Proven ability to communicate persuasively and convert leads into purchases.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Reliable PC or laptop (i5 processor or higher) and stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using CRM tools or customer engagement platforms.
