E-commerce Support Associate – Remote

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a proactive E‑commerce Support Associate to join its fully remote team. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and professional assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer communications via email, chat, and phone.
• Answer questions and resolve issues such as order tracking, product returns, and general inquiries.
• Efficiently manage support tickets and keep clear, organized records.
• Stay up‑to‑date on new products, policies, and procedures to ensure a consistent customer experience.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote customer support experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High empathy, patience, and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using Gorgias or similar ticketing systems.
• General ticketing system proficiency.
