About the role

As an Educational Leader at Bingham Academy, you will guide the hearts and minds of students and staff, championing Christ‑centered academic excellence. You will provide vision, leadership, prayer, and service to shape a community that equips the next generation to influence the world for Christ.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Christ‑centered instructional leadership that promotes academic and curricular excellence.
• Coach, mentor and support teachers through observation, feedback and professional development.
• Ensure curriculum, instruction and assessment align with the school’s mission, strategic plan and standards.
• Oversee development of curriculum programs using best‑practice methods, including the Cambridge Curriculum.
• Foster a positive, culturally responsive learning environment for students and staff.
• Lead school improvement, accreditation and strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s degree in Educational Leadership preferred.
• Teaching certification or license and willingness to obtain ACSI leadership certification.
• Proven experience in educational leadership and classroom teaching.
• Strong instructional leadership, relational skills, cultural adaptability and commitment to Christian education.
