ERPNext Functional Developer Internship

About the role

Techally is looking for an enthusiastic intern to join its delivery team and work on the presentation and workflow layer of ERPNext. Under senior guidance, you will create print format templates, configure approval workflows, and support client‑facing configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Build Jinja2 HTML print format templates for invoices, purchase orders, vouchers and reports.
• Apply client brand guidelines (colors, fonts, logos, headers, footers) consistently across documents.
• Configure ERPNext approval workflows for financial and HR documents, including states, transitions and email notifications.
• Write basic client‑side JavaScript to improve form usability (field visibility, auto‑population, validation).
• Create ERPNext dashboard charts and number cards for operational dashboards.
• Test print formats across browsers and devices and document configurations for handover.

Required profile

• Student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS; able to build structured, styled pages from scratch.
• Basic JavaScript knowledge.
• Attention to visual detail and ability to test work thoroughly.
• Comfortable reading documentation and communicating clearly with the team.
