Facility Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Facility Executive to lead integrated facility and community operations, ensuring service delivery meets defined SLAs and KPIs. The role oversees engineering, soft services and security functions while maintaining strong client relationships and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise property management teams and coordinate engineering, soft services and security operations to meet performance targets.
• Review and analyse operational performance reports, ensuring alignment with SLAs and KPIs.
• Participate in recruitment, staffing, training and performance management of outsourced FM teams.
• Enforce work‑permit systems, site safety standards and emergency preparedness.
• Engage regularly with clients and stakeholders, resolve complaints and drive client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in facility management, property operations or integrated FM services.
• Experience managing outsourced FM teams and working in SLA/KPI‑driven environments.
• Proficiency with CMMS/ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and compliance requirements, including permit‑to‑work systems.
