Field Sales Representative

About the role
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to join our fast‑growing fintech company. You will work directly with merchants, helping them adopt digital payment solutions while meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct door‑to‑door merchant onboarding and registration
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Promote digital payment adoption
- Meet daily/weekly sales and onboarding targets
Required profile
- Grade 12 and above with 0–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates encouraged)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to work independently in the field
- Basic understanding of digital payments is a plus
