Finance Manager

About the role

Atsu Consult is recruiting a Finance Manager for a reputable client in the hospitality services sector. This full‑time, on‑site position in Addis Ababa will lead the finance function, ensuring sound financial planning, budgeting, and reporting while maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee financial planning, budgeting cycles and reporting processes.
• Analyse financial data, prepare detailed reports and present insights to senior leadership.
• Forecast financial trends and manage financial risks.
• Ensure tax compliance, coordinate audit activities and uphold regulatory standards.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within hospitality or service industries.
• Strong analytical, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate financial information clearly.
