Financial Manager

About the role

iLogos Game Studios is seeking a proactive Financial Manager to own and continuously improve its financial management processes. You will work remotely, supporting a fast‑growing mobile game development partner that collaborates with industry leaders such as EA, Sony, Disney, and Ubisoft.

Key responsibilities

• Own budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting for the company.
• Prepare, manage, and present P&L, balance sheet, and performance reports to the management board.
• Monitor key metrics including working capital, profitability, margins, and liquidity.
• Identify financial risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze sales performance, cost structure, and profitability to aid strategic decisions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality of all financial reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership on business planning and financial decision‑making.
• Continuously improve financial processes, reporting standards, and internal controls.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in financial management, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
• Proven track record managing budgeting, planning, controlling, and reporting functions.
• Experience reporting directly to executive leadership and boards.
• Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, and working‑capital management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.
• High ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment.
