Full-Time Pharmacist

About the role

Hakim+ Pharmacy is looking for a motivated, experienced and customer-focused pharmacist to join its team on a full-time basis in Figa, Addis Ababa. Working hours are from 1:30 am to 10:30 pm local time.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and give professional patient counseling.
• Recommend suitable OTC medications, skincare and cosmetic products.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
• Support insurance, corporate integration and ERP, app acquisition initiatives.
• Manage inventory, monitor stock availability and keep accurate records.
• Use digital pharmacy systems for daily operations.
• Work toward assigned sales, customer service and operational performance targets.
• Support the pharmacy's growth and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution.
• At least 1 year of experience as a dispensing pharmacist (mandatory).
• Valid professional practice license.
• Good knowledge of cosmetics, skincare and dermatological products.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Preferred: interest in clinical pharmacy and patient-centered care, enthusiasm for technology and digital healthcare, proactivity, independence and teamwork.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using digital systems.
