Independent Direct Sales Agent (Commission Based)

About the role

We are looking for motivated individuals to join BagginsHQ as Direct Sales Agents in Ethiopia. As an independent contractor you will promote our portfolio of digital services – ranging from digital marketing and hosting to corporate email and Baggins TV – to businesses, entrepreneurs and private customers. You set your own schedule and work from any location, earning commissions on every successful sale.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients who could benefit from our digital services.
• Register clients on the BagginsHQ platform using your dedicated agent portal.
• Match client needs with the appropriate service offering and generate orders and invoices.
• Maintain relationships with clients to encourage renewals and upsells.
• Track your earnings, request withdrawals and monitor performance through the agent dashboard.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, driven and comfortable working independently.
• Ability to communicate with businesses, entrepreneurs and individual customers.
• Basic digital literacy to navigate the online agent portal and dashboard.
