Inside Sales & Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop is seeking a results‑driven Inside Sales & Support Representative to work remotely. You will combine exceptional customer service with consultative selling, helping customers find the right solutions while driving revenue through upselling, cross‑selling, and retention initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, live chat, and SMS, providing accurate product information and resolving inquiries.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities through consultative selling, upselling, cross‑selling, product recommendations, and promotional offers.
• Support subscription recovery, abandoned‑cart campaigns, and win‑back initiatives to improve retention.
• Manage post‑purchase issues such as returns, exchanges, and follow‑up communications, encouraging repeat purchases.
• Collaborate with internal teams by sharing customer insights to enhance products, processes, and overall experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer support, inside sales, or a sales‑focused service role.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with the ability to spot opportunities while maintaining excellent service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for building rapport and recommending solutions.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with help‑desk software.
• Knowledge of Shopify or similar e‑commerce tools.
