Junior Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Manager to join our fast‑growing talent hub in Addis Ababa. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support the management of client accounts, helping to onboard new customers, capture hiring requirements and ensure smooth communication throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding of new client accounts and gather detailed hiring requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to track the status of open positions.
• Coordinate with internal recruiting and operations teams to deliver qualified candidates on time.
• Prepare and update reports on account performance and hiring pipeline metrics.
• Capture client feedback, suggest process improvements and support promotional activities for key accounts.

Required profile

• Strong client‑service mindset with excellent listening and professional communication skills.
• Organised and able to juggle multiple client requests while meeting deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal English; proficiency in Amharic or other local languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Internship or entry‑level experience in account management, customer success, recruiting or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools.
