Junior Customer Service Officer

About the role

The Junior Customer Service Officer will join a bank branch to deliver efficient, accurate, and friendly service to customers. This entry‑level position focuses on handling cash transactions, processing banking services, and maintaining precise records while adhering to internal controls and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer cash transactions accurately and efficiently according to banking procedures.
• Verify and validate payment instruments and supporting documents before processing.
• Process Domestic Remittance Service (DRS) incoming and outgoing transfers.
• Perform cash denomination exchanges and record all related transactions.
• Provide professional, customer‑focused assistance for inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate daily transaction records and documentation.
• Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Assist branch operations and perform additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (2024‑2025) with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.
• Age 30 years or below.
• Successful completion of the Exit Exam.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial transactions and banking operations is advantageous.
• Ability to work with accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
