Junior Digital Connectivity Analyst – Agriculture & Education (PRIDA II)

About the role

NTU International is seeking three Junior Non‑Key Experts to support the Digital Connectivity Study for Agriculture and Education (PRIDA II). The consultants will work from the African Union Commission premises in Addis Ababa, with a mix of onsite and remote assignments, covering all five AU regions.

Key responsibilities

• Assess bandwidth availability, quality and cost for rural agriculture and education across AU Member States (Work Stream 1).
• Evaluate affordable connectivity options and recommend suitable solutions for underserved areas (Work Stream 2).
• Review financing and service delivery models, develop pricing and discount‑rate methodologies (Work Stream 3).
• Develop policy and implementation strategies to promote sustainable digital connectivity, including stakeholder roles and investment frameworks (Work Stream 4).

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Communications, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/ICT/IT, Economics or Law from a reputable university.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in connectivity market development in developing or emerging economies.
