Lead Delivery Manager / Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Delivery Manager / Technical Lead to drive the technical direction of our iGaming and mobile gaming projects. You will work remotely, guiding multiple teams to deliver high‑quality slot, crash, and instant‑win games at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical vision for iGaming projects (slots, crash, instant games).
• Oversee up to four parallel projects through Tech Leads, ensuring consistent architecture and performance standards.
• Act as the primary technical decision‑maker for gambling products.
• Mentor and support Tech Leads to scale delivery and improve processes.
• Identify risks early and maintain stable, predictable production pipelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on technical experience with Unity or a similar engine.
• 3+ years dedicated to iGaming, with deep expertise in slots and crash games.
• 2+ years in a leadership role such as Tech Lead or Team Lead.
• Strong understanding of slot mechanics, RTP, RNG, and game math.
• Proven ability to manage multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a strong ownership mindset.

Required skills

• Unity (or comparable game engine).
• iGaming development, especially slots, crash, and instant‑win games.
• Performance optimization and scalable architecture design.
• Familiarity with gambling regulatory requirements.
