Lead Full Stack Developer

About the role

TOPPAN Security is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer with 5–7 years of hands‑on experience to design, develop, and deliver applications while actively contributing to code. The role involves guiding a team across backend (C#/.NET, Java/Spring Boot) and frontend (Next.js) technologies within a Kubernetes‑based microservices ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews for a team of full‑stack engineers.
• Architect and build full‑stack applications using C#/.NET or Java/Spring Boot for the backend and Next.js for the frontend.
• Own technical decisions for microservices, ensuring scalability, consistency, and maintainability.
• Design and optimise PostgreSQL schemas, queries, and performance.
• Drive containerised deployments and orchestration on Kubernetes.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, Git workflows, and reviews.
• Implement observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and Loki.
• Break down requirements into technical designs, support sprint planning, and manage production incidents.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of professional full‑stack development experience with prior leadership or mentoring.
• Strong communication skills in English, able to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with ability to stay hands‑on while leading.
