Lead Technical Consultant

About the role

MBCOM Technologies is looking for an experienced Lead Technical Consultant to drive VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) engagements across its Professional Services organization. You will act as the primary technical authority, guiding customers through cloud transformation, modernization, and migration projects while ensuring high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical delivery of VCF engagements, from discovery and design to implementation and production handover.
• Validate and refine solution architectures, ensuring scalability, operational readiness, and alignment with VMware and Broadcom best practices.
• Facilitate technical workshops, design reviews, architecture discussions, and executive‑level customer meetings.
• Provide technical governance, quality assurance, and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Resolve complex technical challenges across the VCF stack, including vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF Operations, VKS and automation.
• Mentor and coach consultants and architects, sharing knowledge and promoting technical excellence.
• Contribute reusable assets, standards, and best practices to the consulting practice.
• Support presales activities and solution reviews as needed.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale VMware Cloud Foundation projects.
• Strong consulting background with the ability to engage senior customer stakeholders.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to drive projects to successful production handover.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities.
