We are seeking a Remote Legal Specialist to support a global leader in software development and IT consulting. The role focuses on reviewing legal documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing actionable guidance to internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to identify risks and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide clear, actionable legal advice on regulatory and contractual matters to stakeholders.
• Draft and revise legal documents such as terms of service, privacy policies, and disclaimers.
• Assess potential legal implications of business decisions and propose mitigation strategies.
