Marketing Officer (Garment Manufacturing)

About the role

The Marketing Officer will join PIXEL GARMENTS MANUFACTURING PLC in Addis Ababa to drive brand visibility and support sales growth for the company’s garment products. Working on‑site, the role combines market analysis, campaign planning and coordination with the sales team to deliver effective marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor marketing activities that promote the company’s apparel range.
• Conduct market research and track competitor actions to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales department to align marketing plans with sales targets and generate leads.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
• Manage social media channels and other promotional platforms, creating and publishing content.
• Support the design and production of marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogs and digital assets.
• Assist in the organization of events, campaigns and trade shows.
• Maintain consistent communication with customers, partners and internal teams to ensure unified messaging.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in the garment, textile or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• High level of integrity and willingness to work on‑site in Addis Ababa.
• Fluency in English and local languages.
