Marketing Supervisor – Real Estate

About the role

Hill Bottom Properties is seeking a dynamic Marketing Supervisor to lead its brand communication and marketing initiatives across Ethiopia. The role focuses on creating integrated campaigns that boost brand visibility, support sales growth, and explore new market opportunities within the real‑estate and recreational development sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), Telegram and emerging channels.
• Manage the company’s online presence, ensuring brand consistency and monitoring trends, audience engagement, and competitor activity.
• Plan and oversee paid advertising, audience targeting, and performance reporting.
• Analyze customer demographics, market trends and campaign metrics using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, TikTok Analytics and CRM tools.
• Lead content creation for videos, reels, website copy, brochures, podcasts and media appearances.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers and external agencies to maintain premium brand identity.
• Represent the company in media interviews, press briefings, podcasts and public events, building relationships with media outlets and influencers.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and contribute ideas for new developments and market expansion.
