P&C Analyst – Labor Relations & Offboarding

About the role

The P&C Analyst in Labor Relations is responsible for driving compliance‑centric case resolution and optimizing the offboarding lifecycle. This role protects company assets while enhancing the employee experience through rigorous adherence to internal policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end employee offboarding cycle for all turnover types, ensuring compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations.
• Resolve labor cases using Jira, consistently meeting or exceeding established service level agreements.
• Execute employee terminations, including resignations with notice (desahucio) and dismissals for cause.
• Oversee occupational accident reporting, handling IDOPPRIL submissions and meeting Ministry of Labor filing deadlines.
• Validate severance payroll to guarantee accuracy and legal compliance of final settlements for departing employees.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR or labor relations, particularly in offboarding and case management.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and compliance processes.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
