Performance and Talent Development Division Manager

About the role

The Performance and Talent Development Division Manager will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and talent initiatives across the organization. Reporting to senior leadership, this role ensures that the company’s human capital strategies align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and oversee performance management frameworks and talent development programs.
• Lead learning and development initiatives, including training design, delivery, and evaluation.
• Manage succession planning processes to ensure leadership continuity.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify talent gaps and create targeted development plans.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to performance, talent, and organizational development.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Psychology, Management, Education/Training Management, or Knowledge Management.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree, or 9 years with a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 3 years in management or senior supervisory roles.
• Significant experience in performance management, learning and development, succession planning, talent, or organizational development.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HR best practices in performance and talent development.
• Ability to design and evaluate training programs.
• Expertise in succession planning and leadership development.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
