Product Engineer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for short‑term rental operators. As a Product Engineer you will work directly with founders, designers and property managers to turn real customer problems into reliable, intuitive software that automates reservations, guest communication, pricing, payments and more.

Key responsibilities

• Design and ship end‑to‑end product features, from prototype through frontend, backend, testing and deployment.
• Build customer‑facing interfaces and operational dashboards that simplify complex rental workflows.
• Create event‑driven automation engines and AI‑powered workflows to eliminate repetitive tasks.
• Develop and maintain robust APIs and integrations with platforms such as Airbnb, Hostaway, Stripe, Twilio and OpenAI.
• Measure product impact using customer feedback and usage data, iterating to improve adoption and efficiency.

Required profile

• Strong experience building and shipping production software across frontend and backend.
• Product mindset with curiosity about user needs and willingness to work directly with customers.
• Ability to work independently, own outcomes and make sound technical trade‑offs.
• Interest in AI, automation and operational efficiency.
