About the role
Manage delivery for multiple concurrent client engagements, coordinating between US‑based clients and Ethiopia‑based development teams to keep scope, timeline, and budget aligned.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee delivery of several client projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate between US clients and Ethiopian development teams.
- Ensure project scope, timelines, and budgets remain aligned.
Required profile
- 3+ years managing software delivery projects.
- Comfortable running client‑facing status meetings across time zones.
- Working knowledge of agile delivery practices.
- Strong written communication in English.
