Remote Appointment Setter (Cold Caller)

About the role

We are looking for a remote Appointment Setter to join our AI‑native B2B outbound agency. You will work with warm leads generated by our campaigns, qualify them, and book meetings for our client’s sales team. The role is fully remote, follows a fixed schedule, and focuses on US business audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm leads by phone and email to schedule appointments.
• Qualify prospects against the client’s criteria and record details accurately.
• Enter confirmed meetings directly into the client’s calendar.
• Maintain a persistent follow‑up cadence to keep the pipeline moving.
• Log all activity in the company’s CRM and reporting tools.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English (C1 or near‑native level).
• Personable, upbeat, and comfortable speaking with US business decision‑makers.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable internet connection and stable electricity (backup power a plus).
• Good quality headset; two screens are preferred.
