Key responsibilities

• Re‑engage customers who have abandoned carts, offering personalized solutions and incentives to complete purchases.
• Guide buyers through post‑purchase and consideration phases via targeted email and chat outreach.
• Provide product expertise and tailored recommendations to increase transaction value.
• Handle customer inquiries and minor troubleshooting quickly while maintaining trust.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Proven persuasion skills with a track record of converting leads or recovering sales.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify and CRM tools.
• Reliable remote work setup (i5+ computer, 25 Mbps+ internet).
