About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Remote Client Conversion Specialist to turn everyday customer interactions into revenue opportunities for global e‑commerce brands. You will work from home, guiding shoppers through the purchase journey, recovering abandoned carts, and building lasting brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Sales Recovery: Re‑engage customers who left items in their carts and provide personalized incentives to complete purchases.
• Customer Journey Management: Use targeted email and chat outreach to support buyers during post‑purchase and consideration phases.
• Product Expertise: Offer tailored product recommendations that increase transaction value.
• Efficient Problem‑Solving: Address customer inquiries and minor technical issues quickly while maintaining trust.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Proven persuasion ability with a track record of converting leads or recovering sales.
• Experience using Shopify or other e‑commerce platforms and CRM tools.
• Reliable remote work setup with a stable internet connection.
