Remote Client Conversion Specialist

About the role

TalentPop is looking for a Remote Client Conversion Specialist to turn everyday customer interactions into revenue opportunities for global e‑commerce brands. You will work from home, guiding shoppers through the purchase journey, recovering abandoned carts, and delivering personalized product recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Re‑engage customers who have abandoned carts and provide tailored incentives to complete purchases.
• Manage post‑purchase and consideration phases via email and chat, ensuring a smooth customer journey.
• Act as a trusted product advisor, offering recommendations that increase transaction value.
• Handle routine inquiries and minor troubleshooting quickly while maintaining high trust levels.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of e‑commerce customer service or support experience, preferably via chat or email.
• Proven persuasion ability with a track record of converting leads or recovering sales.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Shopify.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
