Remote Cold Calling Appointment Setter (US Market)

About the role

Our client, a cold calling appointment setting agency, is seeking motivated remote appointment setters to conduct high‑volume outbound calls to US business owners and book qualified sales meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Execute a high volume of outbound cold calls daily using a power dialer to reach decision‑makers in the United States.
• Deliver scripted value‑driven pitches, handle objections, and navigate gatekeepers.
• Update lead statuses, call dispositions and meeting notes in Zoho CRM.
• Trigger automated follow‑up SMS and email sequences for unresponsive prospects.
• Consistently meet daily and weekly quotas for connected calls and booked appointments.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of B2B cold‑calling, telesales or appointment‑setting experience targeting US, UK or Australian markets.
• Excellent spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent.
• High emotional resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining enthusiasm.
• Willingness to work strict US business hours.
