Research Coordinator

About the role

The A.J. Drexel Autism Institute is seeking an enthusiastic Research Coordinator to support multiple autism spectrum disorder studies. You will work closely with project investigators to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, meet project timelines, and help disseminate research findings.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee study protocols and related documents, ensuring compliance with IRB regulations.
• Recruit participants, schedule appointments, and manage study logistics.
• Enter and maintain data in study datasets.
• Attend lab meetings, journal clubs, case conferences, institute gatherings, and community events to promote awareness of equity, diversity, and inclusion research.
• Assist with financial reporting, travel and expense submission, and reconciliation.
• Contribute to manuscript preparation and other dissemination activities.
• Perform additional duties necessary to implement study protocols.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant research or related experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid/flexible work arrangement.

• Salary range $41,120 – $61,680 per year (based on qualifications and experience).
