About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fast‑growing B2B SaaS startup operating in the growth engineering space. This part‑time, remote position focuses on high‑volume outbound cold‑calling to European technology decision‑makers.
Key responsibilities
- Make high‑volume outbound cold calls across European markets.
- Book 1‑2 qualified meetings per day with senior tech leaders (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of IT).
- Qualify prospects and identify strong‑fit sales opportunities.
- Gather market insights from calls and share feedback with the team.
- Refine outbound messaging and sales pitches based on prospect responses.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, activity logs, and pipeline updates.
- Contribute to improving outbound sales strategy and campaign performance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or SDR/BDR roles.
- Demonstrated success selling into EU markets.
- Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or growth‑related solutions is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with senior‑level decision‑makers and handling objections.
- Ability to consistently book 1‑2 qualified meetings per day.
- Self‑motivated in a target‑driven remote environment.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
