Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join Nexa Business Group in Addis Ababa. The role focuses on driving B2B revenue across our four business units – Growth Partners, Global, Tech, and Properties – by identifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions, and closing new contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new B2B clients across multiple sectors.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and update CRM records daily.
• Conduct in‑person and virtual meetings to assess client needs and present customized proposals.
• Negotiate terms, draft contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics for leadership.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to refine go‑to‑market strategies and gather market feedback.
• Represent Nexa Business Group at industry events, forums, and client meetings.

Required profile

• Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management and closing B2B sales.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Amharic or other local languages a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in enterprise sales, professional services, technology, real estate or investment sectors is advantageous.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Addis Ababa with regular field visits and occasional travel.
