Sales Executive – Software Solutions

About the role

Haddis Art Technology PLC is expanding its sales team and seeks six motivated Sales Executives to promote its innovative software solutions. This full‑time, on‑site role is ideal for ambitious individuals who enjoy building client relationships and driving technology adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow‑up communications.
• Schedule and attend client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Present the company’s software solutions professionally.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare quotations and proposals and follow up until deal closure.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development and Technical teams.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and business meetings when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Confident, energetic, and professional personality.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in Amharic and English (spoken and written).
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
