Sales Representative & Marketing Executive

About the role

The Sales Representative & Marketing Executive drives revenue growth by combining digital lead generation with direct sales activities. The role manages the full sales pipeline, from prospect research and outreach to closing advertising deals and expanding client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Build and maintain lead databases, conduct market research, and execute outbound outreach through cold calls, cold emails, and targeted LinkedIn messages to CEOs, Directors and General Managers.
• Opportunity Progression: Own CRM entry, log detailed call notes, update records in real time, and advance deals through pipeline stages while removing dead or stalled prospects.
• Pitch & Closing: Research client requirements, prepare customized sales pitches, lead client meetings, and negotiate and close advertising contracts.
• Account Retention & Expansion: Maintain regular contact with existing clients, promote newly acquired screen or ad locations, and convert short‑term agreements into long‑term contracts.
• Partnership Development & Field Audits: Identify and onboard high‑value external partners such as building managers, advertising agencies and event management companies, and conduct field audits to ensure placement quality.
• Reporting & Cross‑Department Alignment: Submit detailed weekly progress reports and keep the sales pipeline updated to ensure alignment with marketing and operations teams.
