Sales & Support Virtual Assistant (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a remote Sales & Support Virtual Assistant to deliver exceptional customer experiences for e‑commerce brands. You will combine sales expertise with customer service to boost satisfaction, drive revenue, and support long‑term business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide real‑time assistance via live chat, email, SMS, and phone.
• Recommend products, guide purchase decisions, and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Handle order inquiries, including shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.
• Update CRM tools and accurately track all customer interactions.
• Represent each brand’s tone and values in all communications.
• Share customer feedback to improve sales processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance and service goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year remote experience in sales, customer support, or virtual assistance.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and results‑driven.
