School Partnership Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to build and manage partnership agreements with private schools in Addis Ababa. This field‑based position involves meeting school owners and principals, showcasing our education platforms, and closing partnership deals that expand our ed‑tech footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and visit private schools across Addis Ababa.
• Present Bright Techno Tonic’s partnership program and education platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with school decision‑makers.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report on activity.
• Maintain and grow existing partner relationships.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and partnership reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience.
• Fluent in Amharic and English.
• Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings.
• Self‑motivated with strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
