About the role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant who will lead credit control and debt management for our telecommunications business. The role focuses on maintaining a healthy debt portfolio, optimizing investment returns and supporting customer retention.

Key responsibilities

Oversee the credit control process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
Monitor and analyse the debt portfolio to keep it within agreed risk parameters.
Identify opportunities to improve returns on investments linked to receivables.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address credit issues that affect client relationships.

Required profile

Proven experience as a senior accountant with a focus on credit control.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage large debt portfolios.
Understanding of financial principles related to investment returns and customer retention.
