Senior Accountant

About the role

As a Senior Accountant at TOPPAN Security, you will lead the company’s financial reporting, budgeting and compliance activities. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data while providing strategic insights to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, prepare balance sheets, income statements and cash flow reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Oversee journal entries, general ledger maintenance and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
• Develop financial forecasts, assist in annual budgeting, monitor performance and recommend cost‑saving initiatives.
• Coordinate semi‑annual audits, prepare documentation for external auditors and ensure tax and policy compliance.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts monthly and follow up on collections.
• Mentor junior accountants, delegate tasks, conduct performance reviews and foster team development.
• Prepare corporate tax returns, collaborate with tax advisors and stay current on tax law changes.
• Provide financial analysis to support business decisions, identify revenue enhancement opportunities and advise on cost reduction.

Required profile

• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism with a strong ethical mindset.
• Extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting and audit coordination.
• Proven ability to lead and develop junior finance staff.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non‑financial stakeholders.
