Senior Logistics & Operations Coordinator – Ethiopia

About the role

The Logistics & Operations Senior Coordinator will lead end‑to‑end logistics and business operations for One Acre Fund’s tree program in Ethiopia. You will own input delivery and warehouse management, ensuring timely, high‑quality support for field activities.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the input delivery process, coordinating with transport providers and field teams to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Maintain low loss rates and strong accountability for all deliveries.
• Conduct post‑delivery checks, inventory reconciliation, and back‑checks to verify that planned inputs reach farmers.
• Oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations across multiple locations, ensuring safety, organization, and accurate stock levels.
• Lead regular stock counts, investigate discrepancies, and address root causes.
• Support the setup and readiness of new storage sites as the program expands.
• Maintain and improve operational tools and trackers to provide reliable information for the team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated accountability for logistics and operations execution.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and keep deliveries on track under challenging conditions.
• Experience managing warehouse inventories and conducting regular reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to low loss rates.
