About the role

The Senior Manager, Record to Report, is responsible for overseeing the Group’s financial reporting function. This position ensures that monthly, interim and annual reports are produced accurately and on time, while also managing the external and internal audit processes.

Key responsibilities

Manage the preparation and delivery of monthly, interim and annual financial statements.
Oversee the audit process, coordinating with internal and external auditors.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to maintain high‑quality reporting standards.
Monitor and improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

Significant experience in financial reporting and audit coordination.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards and internal control frameworks.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a finance team.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
