Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist to join Tabor HR Consultancy in Addis Ababa. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on driving revenue growth and enhancing the visibility of our HR services across Ethiopia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote Tabor HR’s service portfolio.
• Conduct market research and analyse data to identify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and prepare compelling sales proposals.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales and marketing activities with revenue targets.
• Monitor brand performance and adjust campaigns to improve market penetration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales strategy, lead generation and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a consultancy or HR environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
