Senior Sales Consultant

About the role

Akoya Properties is seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join its on‑site team in Addis Ababa. The role is full‑time and focuses on managing the complete sales cycle for residential and commercial properties, from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end sales cycles for residential and commercial units, including prospecting, property tours, and presenting project features and pricing.
• Respond to client inquiries, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and support customers through booking and purchase processes.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, follow up with leads, and monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales approaches.
• Collaborate with marketing and management teams to provide client feedback, contribute to sales strategies, and ensure high customer satisfaction before and after sale.

Required profile

• Strong sales consulting experience with a proven track record of managing complex real‑estate sales cycles and closing deals.
• Demonstrated ability to drive customer satisfaction through proactive follow‑up, relationship management, and problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication skills, including clear presentations, confident negotiations, and professional business writing.
• Relevant experience in real‑estate sales or property development environments.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple prospects simultaneously, and prioritize in a fast‑paced setting.
• Fluency in English and local languages commonly used in Addis Ababa is highly beneficial.
• Post‑secondary education in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is an advantage.
