Senior Sales Coordinator

About the role

Prasino Construction Materials Import PLC is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to join its Addis Ababa office. This full‑time, on‑site position will oversee sales operations, ensuring smooth communication between the sales team and clients while supporting the company’s growth in the construction sector.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and manage order processing from receipt to delivery.
• Supervise storage situation checks and coordinate logistics to guarantee timely product delivery.
• Assist in the execution of sales strategies and monitor progress against targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and analyse performance data.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to meet sales objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales coordination or sales operations with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities for building and maintaining client relationships.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proactive problem‑solving attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in the construction materials or related industry is an advantage.

Required skills
