Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative will drive sales growth and expand market presence for Dashen’s beer portfolio, working on‑site in Gonder.

Key responsibilities

• Visit distributors and retail outlets to negotiate orders and pricing.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure effective product display and promotional execution.
• Gather market intelligence, track competitor activities and prepare sales reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and trade‑marketing teams on local campaigns.
• Mentor junior sales staff and support territory planning.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with customers and community stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven sales and account‑management experience in FMCG or beverage products.
• Field‑selling, route‑planning and execution expertise.
• Ability to analyse sales data and prepare reports.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Organisational and time‑management skills for handling multiple accounts.
• Knowledge of the Ethiopian beer or broader FMCG market.
• Proficiency in English and local languages relevant to Gonder.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or equivalent practical experience.
